I forgot my username.

Your username is the email address you used when you first signed up.

If you signed up before e-mail addresses were used as usernames, please contact us at  customerservice@watchwholesalers.com of call toll free 800-580-4608 or 713-856-7252.

I forgot my password.

Your password is confidential and is not available to us. To obtain your password please take the following steps:

  1. Go to the Watchwholesalers.com homepage and send us your email address.
  2. Your password will be emailed to you automatically.
  3. If you still have a problem, contact us and we will assign you a new temporary password. You can then go into the Account Management screen and change your password.

How do I update my account information ?

You can update any information regarding your account from the Account Management screen. Click My Account from the menu area.

NOTE:If you change your email address from the Account Management screen, your username will automatically change to the new email address.

Are all items in stock?

All items on the site are in stock. Occassionaly we will run out of an item before the quantity can be updated, therefore it is possible to have a 2-3 day waiting period for some items.

Can my purchases be dropshipped?

Yes, we will dropship your orders of four (4) pieces or less will incur a $5.00 handling charge, and freight is an additional $7.50. Terms may be slightly different for established customers. We do require a written agreement, via mail or fax, in which you agree to allow us to charge your credit card (if appropriate) and ship the order to a different address. We do not include an invoice in the package and we will put "point of origin" as the shipper. We keep our identity confidential for your protection.

We do not dropship orders outside of the United States.
